So, second time ordering, Brazilian Pepper this time (Gallberry last time - wonderful!) - and I don’t know what to say. I’ve never tasted honey like this before. It has a texture to it like that of heavy cream while the flavor of is delicate like the gallberry while still its very own. Amazing, amazing, amazing.
